Product Design
We love product design! Some of our clients talk to us about their product idea and ask for our help. The process of transforming a design concept into a real product is complicated, but not very complicated to a professional company like us. It involves feasibility study, design verification, 3D drawing, prototyping, engineering review and testing. We can create computer aided drawing, bread board, mock up, looks-like works-like presentation models and engineering models. We also have a unique ability, and many years’ experience insuring product passes licensing requirements. Incorporating highly skilled traditional model making as well as rapid prototyping with 3D printing, CNC, SLA and FDM machines, GSNMC can start from your idea or sketch and help you to realize your product concept. Product Sourcing
Acting as your product sourcing agent, we connect you with hundreds of factories. Finding the right suppliers and products for you, we take multiple steps to qualify a suitable supplier. First of all, our professional procurement engineer will review your project docs before initiating Request For Quotation (RFQ) process with our suppliers. If your requirement specifications, drawings or prototype isn’t production ready, we will work with you and make suggestions to get them right to avoid problems in the future. After the full requirements are collected, we will reach out to a number of qualified suppliers who have the manufacturing expertise and know-how about your products. Followed by gathering costing information, we will request for samples and submit for your approval. Aside from sample review, our team will meet with the management of the qualified suppliers to get the best product in terms of pricing, delivery time and quality for you.
OEM / ODM Manufacturing
We provide one-stop manufacturing services to our clients around the globe. Starting from product ideation, we support our clients at different project milestones including evaluation, 3D drawing, prototyping, mold fabrication, plastic injection, engineering pilot, spraying, assembly, testing, packaging, inspection till shipment. With our "Turnkey Development Service", you literally work with a "worry free" manufacturing partner. We work directly with factories of different kinds and different scales. Some customers may look for factories with huge production capacity, we will select factories of few thousand workers to support production job. While some customers are very cost conscious, we will ask factories with more flexibilities for helps. Different factories have different advatnages and disadvantages. As a matter of facts, none of the factories can do all of the works. With our extensive experience in manufacturing, we know what is best for our customers and will only choose the most suitable factories to work with.
Quality Inspection
Worry about your product quality? No, please let us worry for you. Here a GSNMC we offer full ranged inspection services that allow you to audit your suppliers, verify product quality on site at different stages of production process and prior to shipment. Inspecting your products before the shipment leaves the manufacturer’s premises is an effective way of avoid potential quality problems and supply chain disruptions further down the line.
Our inspectors check your products against your designated specifications to meet a range of requirements including passing international standards of your destination market.
